Server Logging

Grendel's Cave does not use cookies.

When you pay to play Grendel’s Cave with a credit card we ask you to supply the following information: credit card type, credit card number, credit card security code, credit card expiration date, first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code and country. We use this information to bill your account. We save this information, with the exception of credit card number, credit card security code and credit card expiration date, so that we can verify you account in the case of a billing or account dispute.
User Contact
You have the option of providing us with your email address so that you may retrieve your account password via email. We do not use your email address for any other purposes.
Third Parties
Grendel Enterprises does not release your personal information or e-mail addresses to any third parties other than for billing purposes at billing time. All personal information is held as confidential as is practical within our secured database. You may elect to have your information removed from all of our databases at anytime. Children's Guidelines
Grendel’s Cave does not accept personal information from persons under the age of 13 years. If you are under 13 years of age please do not enter any personal information on any page or form on Grendel’s Cave. A parent or guardian may subscribe to Grendel's Cave by entering billing information for a player under the age of 13 years and then that player may play using that account. This complies with all legal requirements concerning the collection of personal contact information for users less than 13 years of age.
Security Measures
All employees of Grendel Enterprises are made aware of our privacy policy and practices by reviewing this statement upon hire. Access to user data contained in the database is limited to select members of our organization. Credit Card data and other sensitive information are transmitted electronically only via a secure, encrypted web connection.
